Quality Products from Caring Manufacturers

On June 17, 2010 Planet Connexion Co., Ltd. together with 1577 Call Center, its local Call Center operation, has cooperated with Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health, Consumer Protection Board, Consumer Protection Police Division and Royal Thai Police to arrange an open discussion about “Quality Products from Caring Manufacturers” at Chaopraya Park Hotel to campaign for the standard of health and beauty care products with more than 200 attendees from private sectors including manufacturers and celebrities, such as Paradorn Srichaphan - professional tennis player and Naowarat Yuktanan -Thailand’s renowned actress, who are product owners using 1577 Call Center as a distribution channel and growing their concerns about the product quality to reach up to Thailand’s Food and Drug Administration standard. The ceremony was honored by an opening speech from Minister Ong-arj Klampaibul, Prime Minister’s Office Minister who had expressed concerns about the quality of health and beauty care products in the market before distributing to end-consumers and believed that this discussion would be strongly beneficial for all parties.

We have gained magnificent support from Food and Drug Administration and Ministry of Health for proficient Speakers to answer all the queries from attendees and to provide detailed knowledge about FDA restriction and standard of restriction justification throughout the discussion.

After the discussion, Planet Connexion Co., Ltd., 1577 Call Center and government sectors, FDA Specialists, have come to a mutual decision to set up a new Department in 1577 Office site to work closely together for an inspection on all products in the distribution channel, assuring all of which possess up-to-standard quality from product labeling to advertising limitation according to the criteria of FDA. Mr. Jun Chotikavan, Managing Director of Planet Connexion Co., Ltd. and 1577 Call Center, believes that this reciprocation we have come up as a teamwork with Thai FDA will as well improve service quality of the Call Center and return benefits to end-consumers with quality products consequently.
