First Step to International Collaboration

December 21, 2008, marked to be the day of the first step to the outside world for us and for all Thai Call Centers, Mr. Jun Chotikavan, the President of Planet Connexion Co., Ltd and the owner of 1577 Call Center, together with his Project team successfully engaged the business contract with three businessmen from Malaysia. With strategic number 1800-68-2222, experienced-effective marketers, and native-Malaysian-speaking telesales agents based in Thailand, the same business model as 1577 Call Center is being operated in Malaysia under the name of “Call2Shop”.

This first yet not the last step that we took in Malaysia has proved that our distribution channel can be strategically and successfully applied for international markets. Planet Connexion is now considered to be the first Thai call centre that expands their network abroad and aims to take over Asian countries within 2 years, to pursue the company’s saying “Business Beyond Boundary”.
